  • What service we can provide?

  • How long are the sessions?
    Each session is 55 mins, but do arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow for registration.
  • Before I make a physiotherapy appointment, do I need to see a doctor first to get a diagnosis of my issue?
    You do require a doctor’s referral to see a physiotherapist in Hong Kong, however you may need to see a doctor if you plan to make an insurance claim. Our physiotherapists will help perform an assessment and give you a diagnosis, and then provide you with appropriate treatment goals and options. Our physiotherapists may refer you onto a doctor or orthopaedic specialist if further investigation or a second opinion is needed. Or we can provide online consultations with zoom to get the referral letter.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    To book an appointment, you can WhatsApp our friendly reception team,. WhatsApp: 98140811 or Call (852) 39561391 during office hours. For appointments which are not on the same day, you can also book via our Online Booking Page.
  • How do I change or cancel my appointment?
    To change or cancel your appointment, please WhatsApp: 98140811 our reception team. Kindly note that if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged.
  • What should I wear or bring to the appointment?
    During treatment we recommend you wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing such as sports attire. If needed, provide shorts and t-shirts at our centre. During the session, you may be required to remove certain articles of clothing to allow for a detailed assessment or treatment. Please also bring along your doctor’s referral and investigation reports such as X-ray, MRI scans or medical reports if you have them.
  • What are the payment methods available?
    You will be requested to pay on the day of appointment. Our accepts cash, , Visa, Mastercard, American Express , Alipay, WeChat pay or UnionPay.
  • How do I claim for physiotherapy through my insurance?
    This is dependent on your insurance plan and policies, so it may be best to check with your insurer to find out the process. Many insurance plans require a doctor’s referral for physiotherapy in order for you to be reimbursed for your physiotherapy sessions. It is best to check with your company or insurer regarding your insurance plan and their requirements.
  • What are the opening hours?
